- Today we're looking at cars YOU submitted to collectorcarfeed@gmail.com all the way back in February of 2023. We did a few of these episodes so keep your eyes peeled for that car you showed us almost a year ago. There's a Honda Element, a Honda Boy Cam 9th gen Civic Si, a 240SX or two (maybe even one off Bring A Trailer), a free Accord, an S30 Datsun 280Z, Jeep Cherokee XJ, and more I can't think of off the top of my head.
I'm back from vacation next week and have no more trips for the rest of the year, finally allowing me to finish the neverending shirt saga. Maybe we'll print that one Bobby Sausage dropped in this episode now that we understand the flow of things (but not until you guys forget how badly this preorder went). - ยานยนต์และพาหนะ

@rbt45t1 DO IT. My Altima just got a fresh carbon fiber door dent and an ijen expired emissions sticker. Thinking of doing a swap now. Gonna drive it into the river to swap out the interior for SOPPING wet Bride-clone seats and rope harnesses

As a fellow SVT Focus owner, they rock! Top tip use wool wax or fluid film all under the car, inside wheel wells, rockers. Gotta try to keep these alive and not rust!

I think they just advertised it as "easy to clean", if they said you could hose it they messed up
edit: found a commercial where they called it "water resistant", which is a wild term that can mean almost anything. My watch is "water resistant" to 200 meters and I'm confident I could hose it off, but an Element floor... nope
@CollectorCarFeed I could've sworn they had a commercial where they took a dog to the beach. Then after they get home, the dude folds the seats up and sprays it out. I always thought that was one of the coolest feature of the element, but maybe it's the Mandela effect lol or maybe my memory is shit.

He is keeping a lot of s chassis history alive with his work.
The 6.0 2500 is a gasser. Which is more ideal imo as you can do some insane tune work and modifications to it. Older guy I know owns one, did cam, headers and cold air intake. Dyno’d at 502 horses.
Newer sub but wanted to say you guys do a phenomenal job. Keep that cars against humanity going especially imo! Sick idea & hilarious asf. Love the channel Feed
I have a 9th gen Civic LX. I kinda hated the 8th gen dash, but the 9th gen really grew on me. The two tier dash still isn't the prettiest thing, but the speedometer being right up top is a genuinely useful feature.
I loved my 9th gen civic. When i sold it, it was at 189k and still goin strong. Btw the ivtec gauge is really nothing more than a shift point indicator. Theres a row of dots under the bar that light up similar to a cheap knockoff of what you would see on a ferrari 458 steering wheel lol.

Man it's a shame, that 240 was so clean. It's more rare to see those in stock form nowadays than clapped out.
Ill tell you this, a 9th Gen SI coupe, I owned it for about 3 years. Bought it at 34k for around $16,7xx, then after about 40k miles in 3 years or so, I turned around and sold it to Carvana for $16,4xx not kidding. Literally paid $300 or so to drive it for 40k miles, 3 1/2 years or so, and beat on it regularly, well not heated but spirited driving lmao. And I sold it about 2 years ago now and I deeply regret it because I bought a 09 Silverado, which is the generation Silverado I’ve always loved and I needed a truck to tow the motorcycles around and up to the mountains although the civic would have easily pulled 1 bike but 2 bikes would have been killer on the trans. But I do miss the civic so much, I’ve tried to buy it back but it’s like all the way on the other side of the country now I think in Arizona.

I really felt the taking the Honda for granted. I had me a gawldamned 7th gen Accord... I didn't know how much I loved that car until after a botched, shitty swap and 70,000 miles at the rev limiter and no maintenance it finally died. Goddamn, I miss that car.

I like your channel, but you guys always have negative stuff to say about automatics. Never seen an automatic lose to a standard ,automatic is so much faster. I get the whole manual thing being engaged being a driver. But sometimes you’re just stuck with an automatic because that’s all they make for that certain vehicle.
