I love your abstract cakes, they are so gorgeous! Have you tried that edible velvet spray paint made with cocoa butter? I think that would add some fabulous texture to one of your abstract cakes.

I would really want to know what size tins u used for the cakes please? Also wen i use 2:1 ganache ratio mine still gets lil sticky the next day, so can I use 2.5:1 ratio ?
Yes you can alter the ratio to fit your needs and your climate. The bottom was an 8", then 6 for the middle. The top I baked a 10" and cut it in 4 equal peices.
I bet that cake tastes gorgeous with all that chocolate ganache on it. The rice paper details were fab, and frying the tips was genius.
