@justinfuzzyhat Hell yeah, Normand is hilarious. I've always thought that it did not look like Normand was making eye contact but I was never really 100% about it. Then while doing Rogans podcast last week he came straight out and said "I don't know if you noticed or not but I don't make eye contact" or something along those lines. He seems so uncomfortable or unsure, or something. I don't really know how to put it into words. Anyway, I digressed, I was right all along.
eddie harman he’s not a confident guy which is crazy to say but his whole stick is based on this defense mechanism he has built up over years of not being heard and it comes out as hilarious because he’s got s great mind for it

YOUNIVERSAL I mean, it sort of is a competition. If I’m gonna spend some $ to go see a show on some random Saturday and both are playing at different clubs, I’ll certainly go see Mark before I pay to see Brendan.
In that hypothetical scenario that has no basis in reality.. sure.. its a competition. However, Brendan averages over a million views each week across all platforms. This translates to tens of thousands of dollars. I'm sure he could't care less about betas choosing to go to another show. Mark is funny, Brendan is funny. Beyond that is ones personal preference. ALSO, keep in mind where these men started and where they are now. Both journeys are admirable.

@rxp56 It is normal,but Schaub visually gets hurt each time he gets roasted, lacks the ability to jab back and tries to play off being offended. I think he only realizes his shtick is to be everyone's punching back because it seems pretty easy to them. Yeah love some Giraldo and O'Neal.

It really shows me how stifling Joe Rogan is when I see these comedians on another show, vs his. Like, on this show, comedians can relax and let loose and be funny. On Rogan, it's so uptight. And when they try to be funny or let loose, Rogan just nips it in the bud.

Joe isn’t as funny as most of the comedians on his show, keeping it serious on his show is his way of keeping them in control. He intentionally makes things not funny which are super funny, it’s annoying.
It seems to me that Rogan is intentionally literal a lot, when someone is trying to be funny he's like "what do you mean by that" when it's obvious a joke .
