She also didn't really **flop** for the comedy challenge either. She wasn't really funny, but she spoke clearly and kept her cool even when it wasn't going well. With some of the comedy challenges we've had in past seasons that have been genuinely painful to watch out of secondhand embarrassment, I was honestly pretty impressed with how Marcia did, especially being the only one alone 😅
As a migraine sufferer, just seeing the vein on Anetras forehead made me feel so terrible for her. I know what its like to have to live with migraines day in and day out, and sometimes I cannot work through it. So massive props to her for managing (from what we saw) to get through it and at least do something.

imo if someone says “im having a migraine” as opposed to “i have a headache” i always believe them. if you KNOW its a migraine then youve probably had to live with them for a long time
The pain, dizziness, nausea, vomiting, sweats, thumping, throbbing, eye spots, double vision, irritability, pure exhaustion; it is hell on earth. I just hate when people brush it off or say “lie down” “drink some water” “toughen up”. I’d rather naturally birth a baby on the daily than have a migraine again. I just vomit all day, struggle to walk or speak, do tasks, take care of my daughter, my head is throbbing so bad I can’t see straight or think straight or want to live. Same! Could see the migraine in her eyes. I can't describe it but there is this very distinct look in my eyes when I have a migraine that she also very much had. This like dazed, glassy, squinty, pain. I felt her pain.

This was not the one as much as I love Marica I pray she comes back for all stars . This was the right decision
Marshall's ATE but Anethra DEVOURED THAT LIPSYNC. There is huge difference. Anethra won the moment she jump-rolled over Marcia, if not even before when she catwalked down the stage on the first 8 count of the song. Anethra BODIED it! Marcia started off strong than simmered the rest of the performance, then picked it back up somewhat towards the end. No shade, but I think some are overhyping Marshall's performance as a fan-favorite and is what mainstream drag fans stan. She could have stood there in a diaper and people will still say she ate. Marcia is very talented, and she will go far, but it was definitely her time to go.
Honestly I think she was lit differently!!! Her outfit is so much more light and delicate than Bianca's so they must have needed to do some adjustments to deal with the massive contrast

I had to give up caffeine because of migraines. It's great not to have them anymore, but sometimes I cry because my husband is drinking lovely lovely coffee and I can catch the scent of it.
I have to take meds to prevent migraines, prescribed by my neurologist. I'm so glad they work, some people suffer from untreatable migraines, I think they're called clusters.

To be fair. Marcia held her own way better than I thought she would. I thought it'd be a complete domination but she didn't embarrass herself. I think Anetra definitely won but Marcia did well.
Out of all the people that lipsynced against Anetra, I think the only one close to beat her was Marcia (Sasha was good, but not as good as Marcia in this one)

Marcia more then held up her own during that lipsync! She went up against arguably the best lip syncer of the season and DELIVERED. Anetra may have secured her win by flipping over her, but she didn't "mop" Marcia. It was MUCH closer then I think Bianca or Plastique gave her credit for.
Marcia would have sent home several other girls with that performance. Unfortunate that she was up against Anetra, but it is what it is. She can hold her head up high.
I was up off my seat screaming, it was awesome! I honestly thought it would be a double save. Oh well! Marcia was a real show kid, I think she and Anitra were challenging each other and the lip synch just got better and better. The best one of the season so far!

I know, right--the belly was the point of that specific look! I like Loosey, and I thought she chose an interesting and unexpected Beyonce, but the look required a belly padding as much as it needed breasts, wig, and makeup.
I get the same types of migraines as Anetra had in this episode and the fact that she wasn't on the ground dry heaving and shaking is amazing and her ability to overcome it made her my personal winner this episode. They are no joke. The first time it happened to me, I thought for sure I was dying.
I have two teenagers who are prone to migraines. They are incapacitating to them, like they have to lay down in a totally dark room for hours to get through it. So Anetra really impressed me with how she tried to power through it

Mine can last for days with nonstop vomiting. I cant see straight, walk straight, speak correctly, do anything. I commend her for trying her best and not just crying in the corner. It is hell on earth. Sending you guys my love!!!
@@SavaFiend Caffeine really helps, if a person who suffers from migraines is able to consume caffeine (i.e. they're not allergic or have negative reactions to the psychoactive qualities of caffeine) I truly recommend it for ocular migraines. Two to four shots of espresso is how I personally treat my migraines nowadays (granted, I work in a Cafe, so it might be cheaper to get caffeine pills for anyone who doesnt have direct access to espresso) and instead of my migraines being days long, they only last a few hours. Using caffeine to treat my migraines literally changed my life. It might help your kids to give it a try.
Thought she didn’t deserve to go home yet but she wasn’t ever gonna be the winner. She’s still in drag infancy. But she’s growing fast and I can see her being of the top talents if she wanted.

I know a lot of people don’t particularly like Marcia x3 but like let’s be honest that lip sync was legendary and it could’ve easily been a double shantay. I love my girl ANETRA and she did the damn thing, but Marcia held her own.
I don't understand why people don't like her. If it's just about makeup, a lot of people enjoy minimal makeup & that's just her drag. We can't keep drag in a box, only accepting certain looks/acts. Plastique Tiara’s makeup is always amazing 👏🏻 I don’t know if it’s her features or the way she does her makeup but imo she’s the only queen who can actually pull off the ‘natural’ ‘minimal makeup’ look.

Ya We Got It Back When Half The Cast Is Gone, We Only Got Not That Many Episodes Left & The Season Is Over, But Whatever MTV Is Just Full Of It How They Treated This Legendary Franchise
Many may not know this, but Anetra's pounc-roll over Marshall paid the ultimate homage to those from the ballroom scene as this is a move that many iconic and legendary queens (especially femme queens) have done for decades. It's the ultimate shade to your comppetitor. One battle that sticks out to me is that battle between Makayla Lanvin and Honey Balenciaga when Miss Mikayla pounced over Honey. I understand and empathize with those from the ballroom scene who want to preserve the sacredness of ballroom for Black and Brown people (especially femme queens who started ballroom in the first place). They don't want mainstream to f*** up ballroom like it has impacted drag. However, it saddens me that many from the ballroom scene are coming for Anetra. I wouldn't be surprised if she joins a haus similar to Olivia Lux. She really seems to have a genuine love of ballroom like it runs in her veins.
While I understand the "sacred" argument, I should think bringing a thing to mainstream makes it more known and hence, popular. But then again, "popular" can also mean "watered down" and "completely altered". I get it.

SO nah going mainstream isn't always a good thing and in most cases as it pertains to black and brown folks its NEVER a good thing.

I think because Marsha showed her back a lot compared to Anetra. Like she walked back a lot and spun which took away a little from a lip sync, giving the impression she was hiding that she didn’t know all the words. If she faced forward more to prove she really knew all the words then it would have been a double shantay. I thought it could have been but see why it wasn’t

Honestly, Marcia definitely grew on me during the season. I think she understood she had growing to do in the art form and the fact that she gave Anetra a good run for her money in the lip synch reinforced that.

Having a migraine is awful. They only thing I can do when I have one is sleep the whole day and puke when I am awake. The fact that Anetra was standing and participating is impressive.
It was definitely a tension headache from the stress. You can’t push through a true migraine, it just reaches the point where you end up lying down and vomiting.
Also anytime someone is saying something emotional and deep in the work room, Salina is in the same stage of her makeup- no eyebrows and baking her face.
Anetra's outfit was killer I absolutely love it and that dance routine was fire I personally think anetra has what it takes to win this season. Also plastique tiara looked lovely in that outfit for pit stop 10/10😌

Marcia more then held up her own during that lipsync! She went up against arguably the best lip syncer of the season and DELIVERED. Anetra may have secured her win by flipping over her, but she didn't "mop" Marcia. It was MUCH closer then I think Bianca or Plastique gave her credit for.

I get the same types of migraines as Anetra had in this episode and the fact that she wasn't on the ground dry heaving and shaking is amazing and her ability to overcome it made her my personal winner this episode. They are no joke. The first time it happened to me, I thought for sure I was dying.
I have two teenagers who are prone to migraines. They are incapacitating to them, like they have to lay down in a totally dark room for hours to get through it. So Anetra really impressed me with how she tried to power through it

Mine can last for days with nonstop vomiting. I cant see straight, walk straight, speak correctly, do anything. I commend her for trying her best and not just crying in the corner. It is hell on earth. Sending you guys my love!!!

@@SavaFiend Caffeine really helps, if a person who suffers from migraines is able to consume caffeine (i.e. they're not allergic or have negative reactions to the psychoactive qualities of caffeine) I truly recommend it for ocular migraines. Two to four shots of espresso is how I personally treat my migraines nowadays (granted, I work in a Cafe, so it might be cheaper to get caffeine pills for anyone who doesnt have direct access to espresso) and instead of my migraines being days long, they only last a few hours. Using caffeine to treat my migraines literally changed my life. It might help your kids to give it a try.

When I saw Anetra’s vein pop out on her forehead when she was having the migraine it honestly broke my heart 💔 she’s so strong, I couldn’t.

Many may not know this, but Anetra's pounc-roll over Marshall paid the ultimate homage to those from the ballroom scene as this is a move that many iconic and legendary queens (especially femme queens) have done for decades. It's the ultimate shade to your comppetitor. One battle that sticks out to me is that battle between Makayla Lanvin and Honey Balenciaga when Miss Mikayla pounced over Honey. I understand and empathize with those from the ballroom scene who want to preserve the sacredness of ballroom for Black and Brown people (especially femme queens who started ballroom in the first place). They don't want mainstream to f*** up ballroom like it has impacted drag. However, it saddens me that many from the ballroom scene are coming for Anetra. I wouldn't be surprised if she joins a haus similar to Olivia Lux. She really seems to have a genuine love of ballroom like it runs in her veins.
While I understand the "sacred" argument, I should think bringing a thing to mainstream makes it more known and hence, popular. But then again, "popular" can also mean "watered down" and "completely altered". I get it.

I think because Marsha showed her back a lot compared to Anetra. Like she walked back a lot and spun which took away a little from a lip sync, giving the impression she was hiding that she didn’t know all the words. If she faced forward more to prove she really knew all the words then it would have been a double shantay. I thought it could have been but see why it wasn’t

Having a migraine is awful. They only thing I can do when I have one is sleep the whole day and puke when I am awake. The fact that Anetra was standing and participating is impressive.
It was definitely a tension headache from the stress. You can’t push through a true migraine, it just reaches the point where you end up lying down and vomiting.
Also anytime someone is saying something emotional and deep in the work room, Salina is in the same stage of her makeup- no eyebrows and baking her face.
Bianca was working HARD this episode to bring the chemistry 😂
