Who are we?
Yes Theory are four friends from four different countries who constantly seek discomfort in order to grow. Ammar, Thomas, Matt and Derin met in Montreal, Canada in the summer of 2015 and bonded over their shared desire to live a life that challenged and excited them. Fast forward to a year later, the team is now based out of Los Angeles, making a show on Snapchat Discover.

I agree with what you said about fears. I used to be afraid of dogs, until we got a dog. I used to be afraid of rollercoasters, until we went to Alton Towers.
One fear that won't go away though, is the fear of things floating in the water when washing up, especially baked beans ans mushy peas. 😆

I can relate to her. I was freaking terrified of open water. It took me about half an hour just standing on the beach arguing with myself about the safety aspect of it, but when I did, I stayed 3 hours in the water. And went back 3 days in a row. Now all I can think of while I'm visiting my parents at the Kenyan coast is just going out to the beach and swimming in the ocean.

That made me cry because I was so happy for her... I used to be so so so scared of any water that had any sort of fish or anything in it and now I live in the water that’s all I live doing anymore is kayaking and being in the water and camping any type of adventures like that with my kids

I am also afraid of open water. I was so nervous just seeing her get into the water. By the end she seemed to have gotten over the fear. Just one dip and feelings change. If I ever have the opportunity to do something like this, I will remember to say YES. (although I'll be super terrified)
