In both, we make money based on following factors 1) index options are not much time consuming SL or target within 30min or 1hr 2) Stock options between SL and targets money may struck for a week or few weeks or a month but we sleep too...money don't grow if it has no volume 3) Both Index and stock has equal chances of loss but index options loss is minimal with min lot 4) index need perfect timming of entry like bullet train but stock options wait for us to board the train like passenger train 5) Risk to reward in index possible in a day but risk to reward can be maintained for 30 days per trade 6) investment wise stock options poor but index option strong 7) booking profit in stock options is easy but index options in fraction of seconds ( we can find a cake but can't eat slice of cake with over crowded people ) , it happens se times 8) Many find difficult to judge market ...so knowledge , advisor , risk analysis , money management , risk ability , loss mindset, strong ability to earn , etc will make money .
Abhishek Sir, I take the following learnings from your video (because I trade in stock options, index and cash intraday) 1) First I trade in cash intraday FnO stock and after the stock moves in my direction, I buy the option in momentum 2) Agree that one should trade only in 1 or 2 instruments because mindset has to be acclimatized with the speed of the price action. That's why in cricket, they don't mix the T20 , Test Match and One day. Keep separate schedule for each format of the game and different players for different formats of the game

index trading beacause of liquidity and we can easily understand the movment of index beacause i m sticked to it.. and also swing trader in few stocks.....
That means stocks in top liquid 15 index could help in liquidity issue and some of them also have high beta value which goes in favour of buying stock options...great idea I think 🤔

If you are an option buyer, go for stock options but stick to one strategy it will make you good money. I've been trading stock options for one year and making good money.
Nifty 50 stock options are found liquid. New option seller are finding difficult to make money by index option selling ( index is much volatile im these days). If you are among them try stock option selling. Contrary to the general belief i believe " option selling is risker in index than stock" needless to say avoid option selling in high beta stock like Adani group.
