The Pilot Field was where I saw my first ever game, mid 70s but I can’t remember too much about it. I loved the ground then and hope that it remains as it is and that the club doesn’t move to yet another soulless stadium. Great video by the way keep up the good work, a very enjoyable watch.
I love the Art Deco architecture of the Wingate main stand, no wonder it's grade listed! Would be awesome to see something like that scaled up to x 10 for a larger ground, but with the same ornate details. Now that would be classic. Thanks for this introduction, this stadium was not previously on my radar!
As a Grecian, I visited Gigg Lane quite a few times over the years. It was my favourite ground (apart from the real St James Park) It's in a nice leafy suburb but sadly it was never well attended when I was there. I could imagine that it would be a lively place to be when it was full. It was a disgrace that idiots managed to get hold of the club who didn't have a clue what running a club is all about- It should have never been allowed to fold and thank god the fans rallied round and they are on the way back to where they should be!
When I used to play I hated it when the ground would have metal railings surrounding the perimeter of the pitch. I was scared of running after a ball/opponent and not being able to stop in time if the barriers were too close to the pitch.
Excellent entries here. I'm a WFFC fan so I'm biased for number 10, but Causeway Lane is a fantastic view and the Art Dec/MCM building at Enfield Town is as cool as the other side of the pillow!!!
CLAPTON CFC stadium is unique and yea i can see why everyone wants you two to go there.😮 They do pay what you want for entry admission. 8:56 i been there before yes. Near Forest gate and Upton Park station on London Underground train.😅 Bury being in league two in 2019 feels as yesterday. Bury fc being in ninth tier of English football is interesting; they will try for promotion this season.
Hi as a Cheltenham Town fan til this day I once went to watch my club play a midweek came their in our non league days I know I must have been mad 😩 It was a round trip of about 400 miles we lost & think I got home at about 3am the next day !! Thanks Dave C
Smashin series young man... ! Full of detail and interesting info... right up my street! One small criticism... steps and tiers...! Know yr levels mate...! Steps start from National League... So Real Bedford are Step 4 not Step 9...! But otherwise mate... excellent production...! Keep it up kidder...!
Unique means one of a kind. Something cannot be more or less unique than anything else by definition….. Please take this constructively as have watched a couple of your vids and content ideas are interesting but the lack of care around your use of language makes them close to unwatchable currently. Good luck improving that and I’m sure you will succeed.

I agree, we’ve got to keep these characteristic grounds alive! Thank you!

Haha thank you, it’s a great kit!

I agree, that would look incredible!

I can imagine, we’ve seen some horrible injuries. Fylde comes to mind!

Thank you! I visited Matlock last week and loved the ground, and Enfield is another I’ve been lucky enough to watch a few games in.
Very informative and interesting video. Keep up the good work 👍
Thank you very much!

Belper Town F.C is worth a mention.
It was in Episode 1 ! Fitting that Matlock only made Ep 2 !

That must’ve been a horrible bounty back! But that’s all part of football.
Great to see Penlee Park on here.
I like the last one with Bury, I hope the club can kick back on and get back to where they belong. Good video!
Thank you. It’s a great ground, play offs last year, promotion this year!

@@alwynradar5769 thank you! Yes, I meant tier 9 of English football, step 4 of non league.
@@TFSS So Tier 8 of football...
When you comin to Scarborough Athletic mate...?
Halesowen Town is a fantastic ground, how did Stourbridge manage to get onto the list?
I love the main stand’s structure.
The Butchers Arms pub has now been knocked down
Ah ok, it’s a shame, I saw it was bordered up before.
Burry was in bother with the FA because of no owner, and eye there were financial problems like staff not being paid.
The facilities at Enfield Town are terrible just try getting a drink from the bar when there is a big crowd.
Uniquest is not a word.
Matlock town would not look out of place on your list .

Not to rain on the parade, but uniqueness is binary. Something is unique or it isn't. 😇
I got so many comments about it last video, I thought I’d do it again on purpose, as the comments about it are good for the videos haha
@@TFSS That's a unique perspective! 🤣
😂
When I read the title I thought Uniquest were the new sponsors of the conference
Clapton are a political club like DH no thanks
