I could say that some people have been so hard on themselves to the point that they become runner, they get scared when you giving to much or start to express your need, you probably doesnt mean to become demanding but they start to feel the obligation to fulfil it and they feel they uncapable of it or the tendency of you leaving them. It sound a bit funny that they run because they afraid of your intimacy and how strong they feel toward you.
