missleading, this does NOT work real time, every time you add new data to the form you have to export and the URL will be different every time, you better use API connector

Hi. Thankyou for the tutorial. It went well, but when I reach over 500 submission data it turn to error message "Resource at url contents exceeded maximum size". I wondering, is there any maximum size of csv to fetch in google sheet? Any idea to fix this?
You can connect to 2 - 3 or more sheets then when it's up to 500 delete some rows and concatenate all sheets. Another simple explanation- fetch the data to 2 or more sheets, when you notice that you are close to 500 submissions, delete the row since, you still have it in another sheet. Which means that 1 sheet for 1-500 submissions, then 2nd sheets for 501-1000 continue like that. then you can connect all sheets to one in another workbook or sheet
what is the survey limit in its free plan I didnt understand if I am accessing million records i.e for million user per month will it not work it said a survey limit of 25k

There’s tendency that you have deleted the form mistakenly. Check it and follow my step.

Check the kobotoolbox you are using please. If it is humanitarian you can use this: kobo.humanitarianresponse.info/api/v2/
How do you connect Kobotoolbox v1 to google sheet
There’s no csv or xlsx url in Kc.humanitarianresponse.info/api/v1/data. That’s why it’s best to use v2

You can subscribe for one month plan then mail them for additional submissions

Make sure you deploy the form first. secondly you also need to download the form.

Yes but it’s going to be every 1 hour. If you submit a new data you will need to wait an hour before it will shoe in google sheet.
