Thx Txt for this round up. I saw Goldson and i think he was able to generate a lot of lift early and hold it to 60. This form definetely forecast a PB in 100M which is now 9.94 so i say 9.88 ... funny to improve on the 60m pb of 6.50 he would need to focus on less knee lift and snapping the feet down fast in last 10 meters. I would rather him focus on making the top 3 in 100M and put him on 4x1. for WC 4x1 Kishane, Seviille, A Blake seem set. Upsets galore lurks with Goldson, Davison , Level, , Y Blake, fingers cross Sachin Dennis ... last year comback kid 10.04 ..another injury free yr and he can upset a lot. Outside looking in Forde and Watson, Forte who need turn around thier fortunes with determation and grit

When Bolt, Blake, Powell, Carter, Frater lined up those were special years. I don't expect anything "special" from the collective group this year but we SEE the individuals (Kishane, Oblique and now Tia). These January races are training runs so winning and "losing" are probably NOT the focus for the athletes and the coaches at this point in time.
As for Moodie.....I don't understand the reason she was shown the red card while a few of the guys who false started were only given a warning.
and no.....Although Spintec is a decent Club....they're a couple of levels below MVP (There are levels to DIS!!!🙂)
