- The maiden voyage in our 2020 Nucamp Tag Limited Edition. Camping just a short drive from the Phoenix Valley off of highway 260 near Payson, Arizona on top of the Mogollon Rim at Canyon Point Campground.

You are blessed to have a wife who likes to camp and shares that hobby. Mine supports me, but doesn’t like camping so it’s either go alone on weekends, or be with my favorite person.
I have the exact same trailer & I love it ! I have never camped in so much luxury in my life !

What kind of shelter do you have over the galley?
Is camping site allow to bring caravan or you need to go RV camping site?
I'm considering a T@G XL, so naturally your video popped up in my feed. OMG! I didn't know you're here in AZ. Canyon Point is one of my all-time favorite places to camp. In fact, I was just there last weekend tent camping in Loop B. I kayak on Woods Canyon Lake. This was so nice to see the T@G in just the conditions and at least one location where I'd be camping. I have questions!
Is it the 5 or 6 wide? I'd like the XL, but I hate that they didn't make the counter top even all the way across (I'm sure it's to fit a small electric fridge, but I will rarely have electricity). With your canopy, are you able to store it and get it back in the bag with the canopy still on the frame? If so, what brand was that? What is your favorite aspect of the T@G? Least favorite? And Bandit! So cute! I have little fuzz buddy who camps with me too. 🙂Thanks for sharing the video!
Thank you so much for the wonderful comments! Our camper is 6ft wide. Our canopy is the Coleman from Costco 🙂 12x12, super easy to set up and take down. You do need to take off the top and fold it to pack it back up though. Favorite aspect would be the ease of use! One reason we chose the T@G was that we wouldn't need to buy an additional tow vehicle. Least favorite? Hmmm.. maybe getting around inside it? But that's mostly me not being as flexible as I once was.. Lol. We love the huge sleeping area! Would definitely recommend the T@G. Happy Camping!!
@@esan171 Thank you for the response! I have a few follow-up questions (sorry!). Sounds like the reasons you like it are the same ones that appeal to me. I'd be using it solo a lot. Can you stack the mattresses and have an open..."living" area? Maybe put a small lap table (I think you had one similar on the bed)? When it was raining and you were getting into the T@G, did you move the canopy or just...dive in and hope not too much rain got in? It looked like you had the canopy staked, so I'm guessing you dove in. lol What do you do about your shoes since there's really no floor space, and I wouldn't want my bedding getting full of dirt. I've thought of using a small-ish plastic tote to put them in while I sit in the doorway and take them off, but if it's raining...hmmmm. I forgot to say in the first comment--loved all the meals you guys had. Blackstone for the win!
