Kyle should have Emilio AND Wyatt running teams of people helping staggered project timelines to increase overall productivity and content delivery. It’d be great to see them all work together and it would make the plural Boostedboiz name make sense.

It would be cool to see them do their own version of say Donut media. Have BoostedBoiz as the main overhead (If he can get the name back), perhaps the channel Kyle posts on for his more personal builds while also showcasing all the other things going on in the garage. Wyatt and Emilio who both already have their own channels can rebrand to the BoostedBoiz(name) style and shoot their own perspective/builds on the side.

first time i found the channel, i thought what could this braced faced kid know about cars or this life style, and end of the video i was correct, he didnt know that much and i liked it, was a different climate back then on YT and loved the budget,scrappy builds and here i am 6+ years later enjoying the content as much or more then ever, even the EV stuff, and too see the wealth of knowledge that braced faced kid has gathered and all he has achieved is heart warming,

The channel was called Boostedboiz because it started out with Kyle and some other kid he was best friends with that he was living with at the time. Don't even remember his name, all i remember is he was asian and always wore flipflops lol. Kyles parents literally owned a second house in Colorado that they allowed them to stay in and film videos. It was mostly Kyle that was running the channel, filming, editing, basically putting all the work in. Eventually when the channel started generating real money and the asian kid thought he was entitled to 50% of the revenue but didn't wanna put in the same amount of effort, thats where they started falling out. Kyle wanted to treat it like a real job and get up to film videos and had some aspirations of being a real TH-camr and the other kid wanted to play videogames until 5 in the morning and sleep into the evening. I think Kyles parents also wanted to kick the kid out cause he wasn't taking care of the house or cleaning up after himself. This is from Kyles perspective. Both of them made vague videos about the situation, explaining their sides of the story. This was when the channel had like 150-200k subs. These early days where the channel was a lot more grassroots and was just buddies screwing around doing dumb shit are looked at very fondly by long time subs of the channel. Not unlike Haggard Garage, but less weed smoking burnout losers/jackass/pranks stuff and more actual automotive content and garage builds. One video could be technical and pretty in depth garage stuff and the next mostly screwing around on the street doing pulls. Mostly Honda ebay turbo builds. No stance bullshit or straight piping some NA 4 cylinder shitbox or whatever. Everything was Honda powered and turboed. I think the asian kid started his own channel but didn't really stick with it.

Just to clarify!!! A tube chassis with the engine placed in the front IS NOT A NSX!! THERE IS NO CURRENT NSX DOING WHAT KYLES IS DOING! Yes Adam’s is a nsx body BUT nothing is a true nsx of it.

Was one of the fastest Imports back when Civics were running mid to high 10’s and only Papa doc had busted 9’s in his EK hatch. wasn't a true NSX. it was a Pro Stock tube chassis front engine NSX carbon shell.

Adam Saruwatari NSX build is 25 years old and ran 8’s. Before most everyone’s times here.
I just posted a comment about this. It was purple and yellow and he also had a rx7 when drag racing was getting big especially for hondas
It was really less NSX than Kyle's is going to be. It was a neat build, but going front engine kinda takes away from the NSXness lol
It was a custom tube chassis front engine NSX, it’s not a NSX chassis anymore at that point

They had a promod nsx back in the early 2000s the purple and yellow one driven by adam but it did have a front engine. I remember watching it at CMI and when all motor hondas was breaking into the mid 11s before k series was big
Yeah all business owners are afraid of not being able to folllow through with commitments. But the great business owners take the risk and if it doesn’t work … deal with that then .. easier said than done!

Hire a few people to take the Stress of you Kyle. I'd suggest getting into 4.2 chevy inline 6 builds as getting popular. Also why not more honda j32 v6 builds? So many options for fast boosted cars. Best of luck.

I feel like it's been time for him to move onto V8's and start messing with bigger stuff.. It's Coyote time at least.. I know that's a 5.0 and not some BB.. But the way they flow air and make power with VCT is similar to Honda Vtech..
Coyote's only have variable cam timing which phases the cam, not like Honda engines changing camshafts electronically and increasing timing and lift which is VTEC. The reason they flow well is because of the larger bore (92.7mm vs 86mm) and much larger valve size, and it's similar to the K series in regards to head design and flow. Coyote runs agressive cams and uses variable cam timing to get low end torque

I’m glad someone mentioned this, to shed a little bit of light on the 4cyl side of things, the lsj and Lnf motor have both made 500+ on stock long block. Some I know personally still running to this day! On top of that, the ecotec held the title for fastest 4cyl for a decade at least and if you look even at the FWD side of things.. as of now the top ten fastest fwd 4cyl are all ecos… Garry gardella standing at the top with a 7.1

On one hand, Mr Wade would have (could have) put the same effort and gained a similar following if he had started via a different platform of vehicle, but on the other hand, started via Honda really opened the doors for a wide audience and wide age demographic which is undeniable to where the channel is now.
Edit* on the C30/C32's, it's a shame their never was any sufficient aftermarket support (to the average consumer). Their was some serious things being done to that motor in motorsports, GT racing back in the 90's, while none of that ever seemed to trickle down to the aftermarket in terms of parts for that engine to rival the power seen in motorsports. On that note, I'm glad the J is atleast getting there.
