@@ruintheday13 She is. She didn't abuse her romantic partner, she was willing to change her ways even though it wasn't easy. She hid her own daughter from the Joker so that he couldn't hurt the kid. Those are just a few things for just this series alone
1:22 "Consider widening your circle of trust" It makes sense why Bruce is hesitant this time: He's the only Bat-Family member (besides Selina and Barbara) that's still on the good side. - Dick died early on. - Tim got shot down - Alfred was murdered by Zsasz. - Kate sacrificed herself to bring Earth-1 heroes in. - Jason's doing his own thing. - Damian betrayed the family. - Helena got her neck snapped. - Steph, Duke, and Cass are nowhere to be seen. - Commissioner Gordon dies after knocking Cyborg out of commission. - Bullock and Ragman are killed by Spectre - Montoya OD'd on super pills Not to mention that half the Justice League is against him. Imagine fighting your brothers and sisters to the death.

@@xrstevenson and all the people she killed? Or help kill? What of their families, friends… are they ok with her being free? What would they think of heroes like Dinah? This is the woman who helped push Superman over the edge. Doesn’t look like she suffered much guilt about it.

@@deralsyuni9802 She killed MILLIONS. Coming from Batman just makes it worse. That makes him a total hypocrite! He pardons Harley for taking the lives of children, parents, elderly, and the members of the titans, yet he gave Damian a lot of crap for an accident kill on Nightwing.
From what I've been told the comics went into far more depth than the movie, which I think accounts for the some of the more strident Harley defenders. If you watch the movie she got off pretty much free and clear.

Considering that Harley was instrumental in starting the downfall I’m amazed she’s so welcome in their company.
