"Baby, Think It Over" is a program conducted by the Cumberland County Extension Center to discourage teen pregnancy. The Extension's Candy Underwood tells us more about this worthwhile program.
my first baby cried every hour during the night... like every hour between 10pm and 6 am I actually didnt sleep that night AT ALL but oh my gosh it was worth it and so will a real baby :)
One of my friends had to carry around the doll when she was in high school. She told me, "The doll is NOT a toy...especially in the middle of the night!" I definitely think this doll makes girls think about how hard raising a baby really can be.
Sorry to say we do not know where to order one. I'll bet a quick google would get you that info. I do know they are very expensive. Not a toy, but a teaching tool designed to show young people that having a real baby is very difficult and will change your lives forever. Thanks for watching.
Thanks for your comment. That's great that you have made this decision. Not all kids are a smart as you. Many young people think taking care of a baby is no big deal. Having to take care of the "baby" in this program lets them know that there is more to being a parent than having a baby. It is a tremendous commitment. This program has been proven to lower teen pregnancy. And that is a benefit for everyone!
We had the older type of these, you stuck a key in its back, mine came in the next day with a car seat and new clothing, the sleepers took forever to undo to put the key in its back so i bought it shirts and pants instead
@Cynthia19832258 Thanks for your interest in this program. You may contact the Cumberland County Extension Service for more information. As far as I know, they do not sell the babies, but they may be able to point you in the right direction.

I think the baby sounds like alot of fun to care for, I did not get to do one when I was in school. What a fabulous learning tool for teens.
I really wish they had this in my daughters high school, every kid should have one!
So true. If more children learned what it's really like to take care of a baby, they may not think of it as being so romantic!
I did this in highschool for my child development class. I asked to do it again lol I enjoyed it
MY BOTTLE IS BROKEN, he doesn't recongnize the bottle when he cries for it. Is there anything I can replace it with so that he can drink?
These damn dolls cry every 2,3 hrs.. 😣 no sleep
That's the point. Real babies cry even more often!
