Could be that Kobo behaves weird when sleeping (kicking, moving too much & what not). Could be that Kanade also not comfortable with sleeping next to body heat. Like the people who prefer the cold side of a pillow. Floor is also cold & feels nice when sleeping on it. Sure it's uncomfortable when you start out, but after 2 weeks your body gets used to the floor (doesn't hurt anymore) & it's a pretty nice experience. Could also be that the bed wasn't meant for 2 people.
