You will most likely never see this, but... I respect your opinion about why The Hollow Knight would be Hugged, but I would’ve chosen Broken vessel. A lot of people just beat him and never really pay attention to small details but, his wacky and janky theme is meant to be like that, his odd behavior and such is also meant to be like that. Allow me to explain: You can tell by his theme, and the shape of the world around him, that he’s been there for a long time... hence it being the ancient basin. And you’ve also got to think: He’s a boss that changes the game, making the crossroads infected. Idk this was just my thought but, yea. Idk. I have apple juice poisoning.
