International first and business class lounges are really the ones that are crazy gorgeous and huge! If you all ever go to Tokyo Disney, try to fly first or business on Japan Airlines or ANA - the ANA first class lounge has a ramen bar where a chef will make it to your liking. And if you ever go to Hong Kong Disneyland, try to fly Cathay Pacific first or business on the way back. The lounges are HUGE and so amazing - multiple kitchens, rest areas, and fantastic bars.
Some a-380s AKA the double decker have a real bar on board bathroom with showers that are house size

Lounge looked pretty standard for airline clubs (been privileged to experience a few: American, British Airways, Malaysian Air, Japan Air, Delta, Cathay Pacific) accessed based on status, not on flying premium class. Kyle, feeling “judged” is real…I even got it as a business traveler. Flying “up front” really is great when you get to do it!!
I flew 1st Class on American from PHL to SFO (Philadelphia to San Francisco). By the fall, sadly, there will be NO direct Hawaii flights from the East Coast Mainland anymore!
Some places will reject your entry if you're not dressed to a certain standard so maybe that's why they were judged. We always have to present passport & boarding passes / membership to get into lounges in Australia & NZ.

I loved the moment you laid down the first time on the lieflat seat 😅 genuine happiness 😍 What you experienced was a standard international business class service. Wait until you maybe get to experience a true international first class experience, like on Swiss, Lufthansa, Air France, Singapore Airlines or Emirates! In my experience that is another big step up from what you had here! The difference is the same as from eco to business compared to from business to first!
I agree with you comment in looking at Kyle experiencing First Class! I made a few comments to him.. For me, I do miss the 747-400s flying upstairs in Business Class on long-haul flights! But 777s are second best for me in flying long haul and I do like them in the Business Class Cabins.
Emirates, showers are the best. And the bar is insane.

I know Hawaii Airlines fly the Airbus 330s on their long-haul runs. They used to have the 767-300s but I guess they retired those great aircraft. But the Airbus 330s are similar the 777s.

I know I’m 2 years late watching your whole Hawaiian trip,including your flight home, but yours was the best tours… point of views and I love that you show experiences as they happen. Your Pearl Harbor video was awesome. And I loved the first class experience. Exactly the reactions we would have haha .
I usually do not comment on videos I watch. But I have enjoyed watching this. Your humility towards the first class is amazing. The excitement has me ready to book my first class to Hawaii
I loved this video - so funny to see your reactions to the flight perks. I have done the lie flat seats on Hawaiian and each time we land all of us in that cabin are so happy and excited because our flight was heaven and then I feel bad for the people behind me because they get off the plane looking tired and stressed. Tip - if you fly first class on hawaiian without the lie flat then the first row of seats have a recliner part for the feet that comes out and is super comfy but the rest of the first class seats just have the bar to rest your feet on. But I have to say, the lie flats are the only way to fly - honestly I think they should have the entire plane filled with those kinds of seats - trust me, you wouldn't have crazy passengers because people would be too happy to behave badly.

Kyle you must fly 1st class on Emirates. They have showers and private bar/lounge for first class. Yes, on the plane 😊 I absolutely love Emirates. I wish I could fly Emirates everywhere I go.

I've never flown 1st class but I did find a lounge at my airport, I like it better than the normal waiting area. From washy, washy to judgy, judgy, hahaha. Dude, a recliner on a plane - OMG, my dream come true 😂 This is the only way to do a long flight. Also, everyone had a 1st time in 1st class & had to learn 👍 😃

The Aulani series has been nothing short of spectacular Kyle. And if you plan your tour of the Asia parks as a circle you can get awesomely cheap business fares called “circle” fares with the airlines. Think Orlando-Hawaii-Tokyo-Hong Kong/Shanghai-Sydney-Home.
Can you imagine paying for first class and you’re next to this guy? All that talking ….

Since you're based on Orlando, airline loyalty can be difficult. For future travel, look into the Amex Platinum Card. It gives you access to the Centurion Lounge as well as Priority Pass Lounges and maybe some others now. I switched from American's Admiral's Club in my last couple years of business travel and enjoyed it very much.
Yeah, most people with switch like for like no problem.
On several occasions, I showed the Flight Attendants how the seat, IFE or other gizmos worked. Those were the days.

Hawaiian first class is not really the first class experience you would get on a proper long haul carrier with a true first class service with private seats or suites. And you were both judged because you don't look and act like first class passengers.

Great video! Happy Birthday Kyle’s dad. I just loved your reaction to first class. I’m lucky enough to travel up front quite a lot and it never gets boring to me. The lounge experience can vary quite a bit from one airline and airport to another… some do have waterfalls!!!! I would deffo recommend Singapore or Quantas for international first class or business if you are going down under or to Asia/ Middle East.

The Plumeria airport lounge regular section is also used by people flying on other airlines as well. For instance, it's a perk with several credit cards and/or other loyalty programs.
Yes ,priority pass ! I thought about getting one for me & mom ,but didn't ! I usually don't seem to have enough time to relax at lounges before my flights ! Even though I always get to my airports 3 to 4 hrs beforehand !! Lol I used to use business class lounges ,but I often had to rushed it ( like 30 to 45 minutes only )!💜🥁🐉🎤🎶✈️💞

It's on my bucket list to fly RT first class to Hawaii. Been there 4 times but never first class. First trip was when I was 16. I am now 67 so I better start to get planning. Love your videos.

OMG I bid 250.00 on a first-class upgrade on this same flight. A day before the flight I got an email saying my bid was accepted. It was amazing!!!!! The service was awesome.
The food was excellent. I drank way too much, they kept asking me if I wanted another drink. I always said yes!!!! I ordered cognac at one point! I don't remember getting off the plane. ;-)

@@zenaweekes8108 You have to purchase a main cabin ticket not basic, because the basic can't be upgraded. Go into your ticket reservations pick your seat and upgrade.

You guys are awesome! I’ve actually sat in both of those exact seats your seat from Honolulu to Los Angeles and my return flight from Las Vegas to Honolulu I sat in the aisle seat of first class! I love Hawaiian Airlines First Class, and being a PUALANI Platinum member I’ve used all of my Free upgrades to First class on Hawaiian airlines this year and, looking forward to obtain more for next year!!!
