      How it usually goes is you decide to make a change so you go all out at once then you over work yourself. Then the realization sets in how long it takes to get where you wanna be so the motivation loses its grip. This dude needs someone to hold him accountable and push him to do it because no way he's gonna stay consistent with his current mentality

    I admire his courage to call in , show his face , his body, his hair and his life experiences.
    Now bro if you re reading ;
    1. Walk at least 5km to 7km daily, either on treadmill or on the street. Do it at a good pace you can withstand.
    2. Eat right.. pause all kind of fast food meals. Eat boiled eggs, home made cook and grilled chicken not fried. Dinner shouldn’t go past 7pm. If at night you re feeling hungry, drink water with some apple cider added to it.
    3. Drink water regularly, take hibiscus 🌺 tea in the morning and cinnamon tea or green tea at night.
    4. Listen 🎧 to music that energizes you and podcast about health and fitness.
    5. Get a scale and monitor your weight to see progress .
    6. Increase your cardio exercise from walking to lifting some moderate weight and resistance training.
    7. Starting saying hi to people who has the kind of body you will like to get; ask them how they achieved it, their diet plan and workout routine. You’ll find someone who will pick interest in you and show you the ropes. Mentoring shortens the journey.
    8. Stay consistent and disciplined
    9. Groom yourself physically; shower , shave , smell nice ,look clean and wear clothes that’s your size .
    10. Acquire skills online eg udemy, LinkedIn learning or TH-cam , in area of your choice career.eg tech support, customer service, sales etc.
    I am doing all these myself cuz I was close to 300 lbs at a time too, at 5Ft 10 now I’m 250lbs and still going (in my 40s)

Cut out all the processed foods. Eat high protein meals. Bro, there is no such thing. Death is an illusion, time is an illusion. You're in a 'loop' lol i hate to scare you but that's your life. You are and will be in a constant 'loop' until you learn the lesson. Once you do, like in a video game, you move on to the next lesson and so on and so on.
      I know how that sounds but i saw it first hand, i saw my own loop, also when you finish one look your "life" looks different, people suddenly drop out of your life, or your environment changes etc. that's because you closed off a loop. You no longer need any of the characters, scenario and such since that look is done with.
      In essence, life is just a simulation or a video game, or a VR metaverse. Call it what you want.

      Also, you can't eff yourself, it is just an appearance, like I said, you're in a loop, your best bet is to progress and be kind, loving and be compassionate to people.
      Remember, EVERYTHING is an appearance including yourself. If that seems too out there for you, I get it. When I had that realization i panicked lol our brain likes simplicity; black and white, good guy vs bad guy blah blah blah

You have no motivation for anything in life or the need to make it better.
