1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp saunf
1 pinch asafoetida
2 whole red chilli
4 green chilli
1.5 tsp salt
1.5 tsp kashmiri mirch powder
1 tsp chop ginger
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
1 tsp kasoori methi
1 tbsp ghee
chop coriander
