+Adam Tracy I added a couple of feet to the string to stop that "resonant frequency" but mostly because when the camera swings my way, it should hit _me_ instead of the _lines_! Which is exactly what happened one day: I launched and the camera neatly attached itself (a slightly protruding screw) to a line _across_ the entire line gallery, pulling and deforming the wing. Brrrr... It didn't affect the flight much but needless to say I landed ASAP. That moment looked like this: th-cam.com/video/YOXqU39I0RI/w-d-xo.html (nothing to see for obvious reasons :-) )
Very nice chase cam setup.
I wish I could use it in the mountains, I'm a bit worried about turbulence. Otherwise it's a very good viewpoint.
