Hey Professor Fomenko I’m 13 years old and am a competitive climber and want to get past my V6-7 Plato I was thinking of restricting sugar and processed/fast food do you think it will help very much?
Know I'm not who you asked, but please be careful restricting your diet in any way at your age. You'll have a good metabolism and you should have a healthy relationship with food, enjoy eating and not feel guilty for eating something you consider wrong or bad. That's my appeal as a human.
My appeal as a nurse is that good nutrition is more about what you do eat than what you don't. Eat plenty of fruit, veg and protein. You want variety of nutrients and each type of fruit and veg has its own benefits. Supplements at your age especially, but pretty much all ages are unnecessary. If you want to use protein powder that's probably fine, but talk to your doctor. Don't fuck with pre workout
V6-7 is really impressive and you do just need to keep training and you'll get further

Yep! BRobMorris is right! That’s a decent explanation. In reality you can’t cut corners specially when you become better and better! Train hard train smart and explore your own body in the way of reacting on certain external and Internal factors.
