@@JshockSubmariner735 you can use any mushrooms you like, but I used that because that was the only mushroom I had in hand. Some restaurants use, button mushrooms! It’s a versatile noodle bowl 🙂
are Korean pepper flakes as hot as the ones at the pizza store? Wow, that was a lot, I was looking for a glass of water just watching it. And it looks so delicious. Wishing I had smell a vision.

Lol! It’s not as hot, but I do have a high tolerance for heat. Think of it being similar to paprika. It’s great for adding color.
