One of my favorite dressings is poppy seed; it's delicious! But when I'm looking to keep the calorie count low (I usually don't count calories) I'll go with a vinaigrette dressing like red wine vinaigrette or a zesty Italian:)
@@LivingHealthyToo I am Asian. We use lime, rice vinegar, a bit of fish sauce, honey most of the time. I am not overweight btw but still try to eat healthy.
@@LivingHealthyToo I hope you like it. Btw we especially like this dressing with cabbage and carrot, a kind of slaw. Purple and green cabbage, carrot, onion. I make a big bowl and we use it as a a side over a few days. It is also good with grated radish and beetroot.

Try using a flavorful balsamic salad dressing and you can't go wrong.

@@lindc1070 Sounds good. I might try a bit of lime on my next salad with fruits to change up the taste.
