Listening to 105.7 this morning, Rob said they needed a win like this to restore their confidence. I was pleasantly shocked when they woke up in the 8th. This tough 2 month struggle will develop the toughness they need in the playoffs.

It’s the injuries man. No Bradish. No Bautista. No Webb. No Coulombe. All our available guys are being put into high leverage situations since our best pitchers are all down. Can’t wait for next year though

Why don't me just bat Jackson lead off?! We have no consistent lead off, he hit lead off his entire life and in the minors, and he needs to get comfortable. It's a new lineup every game
i said it after his last start, he didnt looks as good as the stats seemed. his location in the 4th inning and later was horrible, and he benefited a lot from bad swing decisions by Boston. that showed in todays game, where is stuff looked very similar
