Hi Ankit ! Yes. Rating background can become officer after 36 months. However in India they have to first pass NCV exam, sail on NCV vessels and then apply for FG license. In UK this is not the same though.

I really like your videos but just my 2 cents, release an indian and a english version of your videos, It is very annoying and boring to have to wait passed the sections you don't understand and I think ppl might just quit the video
