@@state48living Yeah, gonna have to disagree. First, how do you make that statement with presumably a straight face? A bad time to buy would be right now during this massive housing bubble. A good time would be with a low interest rate on a home that hasn't gone up 40% in the last couple years. Seems you're pretty much that stereotype.
Let the Equity Losing Correction continue. Just wait, homes will keep going down in price until 2027! And by the way 2008 only had 2% of all homes in foreclosure. I'll check back next year
