- JAPAN VISA PRIMARY REQUIREMENTS
1.ORIGINAL PASSPORT
At least 6 months valid beyond intended stay.
Passports must be signed and must have at least two (2) blank visa pages.
2.DULY FILLED-UP VISA APPLICATION FORM
Printed in A4 size paper
Application form should be filled out all items correctly, If item is not applicable, please fill in [N/A].
Embassy may not accept application with blank item, no signature or no date in the form; may deny the application that is filled out incorrectly or wrong information.
3.TWO COPIES OF 4.5cm x 3.5cm or 2in x 1.4 inPHOTO
With white background, taken within 6 months
Photo must be pasted on the application form.
4.BIRTH CERTIFICATE
5.MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE (if the applicant is married)
NOTE FOR NO.4 & 5
Must be issued within one year from PSA Main Office/Serbilis Outlet Center.
If the birth certificate from Philippine Statistics Office (PSA) is unreadable, or has incomplete information, please submit the birth certificate issued by PSA together with a birth certificate issued by the Local Civil Registrar.
If the birth certificate is “late registration”, please submit in addition, a baptismal certificate and school record (Form 137) from high school or elementary and School Yearbook (if possible).
If there is no record in PSA, please submit a “Certificate of Non-Record” from PSA together with a birth certificate from the Local Civil Registrar.
6.DAILY SCHEDULE IN JAPAN
7.BANK CERTIFICATE
Validity of bank certificate is three (3) month from the date of issue
8.INCOME TAX RETURN
Latest and clear copy
FOR EMPLOYEES
Original employment certificate (must include applicant’s position, date hired, compensation, office address and landline numbers, and e-mail address)
Copy of PRC/IBP ID (if professional, if applicable)
Copy of company ID
FOR BUSINESSMEN
Copy of business registration (DTI or SEC)
Copy of business permit or mayor’s permit
FOR STUDENTS
Copy of school ID
FOR RETIREE
Copy of senior citizen card or retirement documents

Hello wala po akong savings..pero may guarantor po na japanese bf ko..may stable work po sa japan..may travel history na po kami sa thailand..first time ko po kukuha ng jp visa..gusto ko sana multiple-entry visa ..maapproved po kaya ako??
Questions.
1. Bank Certificate.
Two kasi bank account ko and different bank.
a. payroll
b. savings.
So 2 po ba ipapa print ko na bank certificate?
2. What if wla akong certificate of employement? Virtual assistant po kasi ako e.
1. Kahit isang bank cert lang po ibigay nyo like savings po, okay naman although pwede din po isali ang payroll.
2. Write a cover letter to explain why you can't have a certificate of employment
paano po kung ex OFW po plan kasi namin mag Japan uuwi husband ko sa Feb pero mag stay na sya dito ok lang ba na bank certificate lang no ITR din.. ty po
Ano po kaya mas maganda gawin? I apply ko po sister ko, na approve ang visa ko at gusto ko sya isama may work naman sya kaso wala sya itr pwede kaya i sponsor ko na lang sya? I have a business at may itr din ako.
Thanks for this vid! I recently submitted my requirements and sa tuesday sya maipapadala sa agency, thru attic tours rin. I applied for multiple entry visa, i have all of the requirements naman. Curious lang, if it's okay, ilang digits ang bank account? I submitted a 7 digit bank account, pero 1 ang first digit.. may chance kaya as someone with "financial capability"? hehe

Hello! Did you wait for your approval of your Japan visa po ba before booking your flight ticket to Japan? Pwede kaya po na asikasuhin muna yung visa before booking a flight, and if I did that, ano po ipapakita for the itinerary since technically inuna ko yung visa before the flight?

If cover naman sa choices po for multiple entry ang case nyo, you can try po. Nag try lang din po kami, we check under with sufficient Financial Capacity po, na approved naman kahit 1st time namin mag Japan

No need naman po. Though +1 po kung may travel history pro yung iba wala naman travel history, naaaprove naman

How much savings do I need for multiple entry approval
Depende po sa itinerary nyo po. If how many days and if ano spots pupuntahan nyo. Yung iba less than 100k naaaprove naman po.
