Hi, I know the previous owner and spoke to her directly. However, she now has someone handling her real estate. If you'd like their contact information for inquiries, I can pass it along. She also has more lots for sale!
Why the thumbnail said STOP buying real estate when you are promoting it. Stop with the clickbait because if you said START buying real estate in Jamaica, your subscribers would still click anyway because of a real estate boom going on down there. Clickbait doesn't fit you, you're better than that. Don't do like other desperate content creators who don't know better. Don't listen to there subscribers who live abroad for decades and still can't come home to relax or retire because they squander their money and forget about where they came from. I do believe you have to know who you are buying from, but do your research and you are good to go. Whenever ther is anything positive about Jamaica, you always have some negative elements and most of them just happens to be our own Jamaicans!!!!!!
@@anthonyfrancis9363 I mentioned towards the end of the video that someone commented on my previous video, saying I shouldn’t buy real estate in Jamaica because we’re contributing to housing inflation. Someone even went as far as to call me an illegal immigrant, which is really strange! It’s just not right. If returning Jamaicans don’t invest in their own country, it leaves more room for non-Jamaican investors to come in and exploit the market. I was being sarcastic!

Hi Mari, great video :) Just a question. When you find the land, how did you get in contact with someone to start making offers?
