  • You can’t connect the dots by looking forward, you can only connect them by looking backward ~Steve Jobs
Well, that quote pretty much sums up our episode today with Tracy Waithera. If anything, she has learnt to heal by looking back and asking herself, “Where exactly did I go wrong?
On today’s episode of LNS Rebuilding, she walks us through the void her father left, her desire to become a better version of herself, and why forgiveness takes care of everything

Lynn, Tracy is a vibe and a lady who is destined for bigger things. Those who bodyshame or attempt to judge her do it for their selfish agendas. It's not good to attack another person before you know which areas you have also failed. Natural aspects of a person come from the craft God himself created. Are we, who judge better than those that we judge? The answer is no. Let us embrace empathy and concentrate more on self-care as we manage our expectations. But as it is, you can not gag people from talking about you, but you can choose how you are going to process the information you get from them. It is simply up to you to choose what to do with the backlash.
Tracy, keep on keeping on, with your positive attitude, and leave the rest to those who judge you unfairly even when they don't know you personally. God loves you more than man.

I related to Tracy as if she has been living my life. I was raised by a single mother as well, who loved me, but because of other big issues she was facing at the time, I lacked her affection and attention. I now struggle with shouting every time (because in our household, we communicated by shouting), anger issues, comparison and envy, and being overly competitive. Outside I look as a put together 25 year old girl ( got the abundance from my hard work), determined person, but inside I know that that determination stems from lacking as a child and having to figure life by myself . Now I have a good life (my own car, two plots of land, a degree from US, helped my mother buy a huge house, and now I am trying to pursue a masters degree). However, I am always worried about having to lack basic needs again, and I overwork due to that. Sometimes I fail to recognize the abundance in my life, and sometimes I suffer from being stingy. I am here to be free from that childhood traumas, and believe that if others are free, I can be free , too.

As a third born I have always been like a first born. I have taken my brothers & sisters to school including some of their kids. I have always relied on God & HE has never left my side.
Today in my late 40s I bought and decorated the first Christmas tree for my family and I said „ see what God has done for us“ we can afford a Christmas tree ( is a luxury for me & there was no money for such) God is real! And what HE cannot do doesn’t exist. Thank you God , ups& downs, my journey is beautiful and I am heading to great destinations.so lead me O‘LORD.AMEN

We need this message to permeat and to drown out the despair and hopelessness in the young people today especially our young women and save our generation. This blue print will save young people the time and mistakes and even save this generation. I’m so amazed at how Kenyans are becoming more self aware and doing the inner work!! As a 22 year old who is healing and just learning about herself and growing in her relationship with God, Tracey has given me hope that I will also come to the higher version of me. Dear me: Thanks for being here with me today despite the trials and hard times we faced. You may feel like you are not enough but baby you are. I love you, in your darkness and shadow self and loudness and anger and insecurities and pain and all that you are,you are an amazing woman. You were hurt, neglected and abandoned. Baby am sorry you had to grow up alone and you felt like a failure so you gave up on yourself. You sought love and validation everywhere, but it is right there with you. Am not condemning you, you are an amazing woman. I just want to dress your wounds and tend to you till you are healed. We will reach our goals. We will have a beautiful life together Gathoni. C'mon, don't be scared to let your guard down. God is here . He will protect us. We are home now. We are safe now. Whoever you lose is not important. God is for you. And God loves you so so so much Caroline. As you step in your higher self, i will be right here, every step of the way, loving you through it all. With love. From me"
I am working on myself and learning each new day. 🥰Thanks Lynn . i am waiting for the firstborns panel

I really love Tracy waithera i have been following her in all of her social media platforms.. and i really love what she is doing.... Some of us we really need healing... Like for me i started supporting my family at a very young age of 17,, i think as a firstborn ecspecially if you come from a humbled background there are expections that are drilled into you at a very young age..
You are to be the role model ,the peacemaker , the role model,
I feel am already a exhausted adult , i really desire marriage maybe later in life but the idea of taking up more responsibilities as a wife and mother really freaks me out coz I've raised kids , i mean i have been responsible for everyone for everyone in my family God please come through for me and my family... .. we really need you ave tried to work things out but nothing is working... Ave tried healing ,, ave tried forgiving people forgiving my absent dad but i still have anger issues... Please God take control I feel like my whole life has been a massive mistake 💔💔

I enjoyed the show. Tracy has a ministry in her. Not the typical loud and shouting ones, but of calmly imparting deep message of each and everyone's need to be still, so that they can know God, and that he is the one in control. And that knowing and trusting him brings in gifts and rewards greater than what one can get by extreme hustling on their own. A lot of young, and even older people will truly benefit from your message T, keep shinning that light at every opportunity. You went through the tough periods so that you can be a testimony to yourself and others. You are lucky to be blessed with this spiritual awareness at a very young age. As it has been said before, " everything that happens to you, good or bad, is God's gift to help bring you closer to him."

There you are again, our global star, Lynn the great.🙏
This girl'ssmile is lethal. Tracy go it girl.
"You can copy a lot of things but you can't copy people's grace" Powerful statement of fact. Each one of us is wired differently and uniquely.
Tracy you are a beautiful soul with both self-awareness and self-care packaged together into a single unity. When you run to God in trust and belief the rest falls into place naturally. Tracy, you made the best decision.
Childhood traumas can be heartbreaking. Until and unless you sort them out on time, they can be devastating. When you see someone doing stuff, don't judge them. Its the voice from the unconscious(Traumas) that might be controlling their current state. Remember, just like them, you also could be doing other things that affect the public or your close friends negatively but often we never look at ourselves even as we judge others.
Tracy has come here to prove that your traumas can be processed to total healing. Learn to forgive and take full control of self to your destiny. Release the heap from your unconscious. Do not pay much attention to what people talk about you but care more about your peace of mind. It is called self-care. Love this girl but love yourself more guys.
I wish all of you the best in your lives wherever you are.

When You Find Your Lost Yourself, The Renewed Version Is Very Powerful. True Tracy; Just Like The Bible, Every Scripture Talks To Someone Differently. I Might Read A Bible Verse That Is Not For Your Season, Right. When You Realize Your Mistake, You Make It Right On Your OWN. Keep Up Tracy n If One Soul Is Saved, That Is Perfect.
