Nice try! But you didn't really clear up how much a house costs to build. From all the numbers you mentioned, it could be anywhere from 300K to 5 million bucks. I think we all knew that already. Maybe it would have been more helpful to show some examples and what they would cost?

Very informative video for people in GTA. Building costs seem very inflated but most things are in the GTA. Also due to covid, contractors are setting whatever price they want and will be busy. Do you think building costs will decrease when covid settles down?

How long it will take to construct a middle style house a 4+ bedroom style . As we are not familiar with how it works it almost looks impossible.
