John Rzeznik is kinda underrated as a musician. Every time I see him perform (with the band or by himself) I find myself going “wow i forgot how good he sounds”.

Ended up waiting an hour and a half while listening to Name, and I hardly noticed. Everything from the lyrics to the melody is simply just out of this world.
I love how personal and sweet these solo concerts are. There is something so sentimental about just Johnny and his guitar. Really strips down the bells and whistles and shows the raw musicianship and lyricism of this incredible individual. Thank you Johnny for everything you’ve done for all of us.
I am so depressed tonight after isolating myself during this time of epidemic with no friends but your music helped me so much and bring me such joy. I am so glad to get into the goo goo dolls I have heard of them before but only now I have seen and realised how awesome and talented and a good human John Rzeznik is. Thank you

Andrew Lyon yes he quit smoking which I was so happy about because I had been telling Robby that I wish he would quit smoking going all the way back to 2004 when Robby quit. In June 2013 I gave John a brand new harmonica with the hope that he would concentrate on breathing rather than smoking. He did play it during Broadway a few times lol But more importantly he quit smoking. His voice is magnificent now-so strong and incredible!

Great guy!
