What did you set as your campaign budget and how much were the CPC bids on the keywords you targeted? In some industries those costs are to be expected, in others that would be expensive.
I cant believe you have a Google Ads channel and I only just discovered it! For years you have been my go-to Meta Ads youtuber of choice. In a see of fake-gurus and people promising you to make gazillion of sales with the one secret hack, you are one of the ones who is truly helping us trying to do work that actually helps businesses grow. Don't you have an email marketing channel by any chance? Or recommend anyone?
Does it mean we can have one good budget PMAX and one extreme small PMAX we can have this separately so it attracts retargeting and other goes for cold?
That’s not how I would recommend setting it up. If you also want to reach cold audiences with PMAX you can do that with one campaign. Even with a larger budget Google will include your warm audiences, you will also have ads delivered to cold audiences though.
This was a performance max campaign and not much of the budget was spent on search. A low conversion rate is to be expected and doesn't matter as long as the ROAS is good.
