Hey Brandon, excellent explore 👌 Those bottles in the basement are home made red wine 🍷. Very common in Italian families..a yearly tradition. My Dad, uncle's and grandfather's would make their own.

What an amazing time capsule Brandon, some of that mould looked liked the wallpaper in the lounge room. And no TVs in that house, you had gutz going down that basement with all that water stay safe my friend and happy exploring.\

Hey Brandon - Those "white spiders" you see... Those aren't live spiders, they are the exoskeletons from spiders shedding their outer layer as they grow. BTW - as you walk around a house like that you should carry a "spider stick" like a broom handle or some similar stick to knock them down ahead of you instead of using your camera or face for doing it!
Those are cellar spiders that were killed by entomopathogenic fungus that attacks them and literally grows through them. It's actually quite sad.

In the drawer in the last bedroom you went in was a blood glucose/sugar level indicator, which meant one of the couple that lived there had diabetes, that's why there was that yellow tub of needles

Wow! What a great little bungalow explore. Those "alien" spiders are actually cellar spiders that were attacked by an entomopathogenic fungus. Poor little creatures don't stand a Chance with that fungus. It's actually quite sad
The remote control is on the coffee table - but where's the TV?
Honey be ever so careful in the moldy ones. The spores can get in your hair and clothes and in your lungs. My 24 yr old bedridden for three years from mold in her college dorm and it wasn’t even close to being this bad. Technically this house should be demolished/ burned

Crazy! Maybe before the mold was visible it made him sick. He had organization of his clothes in the closets. Give you vibes that something happened to the lady. Sad that all the beautiful belongings are going to be swallowed up by mold. Good find!

Let me explain about Spiders, the white thing you see is only the Skin that is shed as the spider grows that is what you see, just the same as a snake does as it grows. 😝

I've seen this place once before, can't quite remember who recorded it, wasn't too long ago, but he never showed the exterior, like with most they don't unfortunately, when you see everything you get a better idea of the person who once lived on the property.
I remember seeing that truck through the window.
Probably an older person, most likely passed away or went to a nursing home and the property is in limbo, so it's technically not abandoned.
I think they got divorced, he stayed in the house and he was a dog trainor.

Why are not the relatives takling the valuables and personal items or donating it? it can be of use to someone, rather than rotting, such good furniture and stuff.
