Sometimes if you talk tooo much you find yourself at the end of the date not knowing anything about your date at all. Being talkative is okay, but pausing and asking questions might help. Even if he enjoys listening, it's important for her to also get to know him

Simple case of hypergamy. There are outliers of course but in general, cross-culturally, women are more likely to be attracted to men who have as much or more status than they do (developed through evolution). Being a doctor/surgeon is one of the highest if not the highest 'callings' in most societies.

I've met countless girls like those. Most of them spend all that time discussing how they're planning for the future and where they wanna move/own a house/build a career etc...and if you let her go on long enough a reiteration of the words "i don't see a boyfriend fitting into my plans" comes out... Thank you Lord for letting me have to never deal with the dating world again.

Doctors in Ireland do not earn anything close to what doctors earn in the USA because the healthcare system is completely different. The social prestige is similar but its obvious why. Most people who graduate from medical school in the USA are women currently. Don't know about Ireland.
