Hello Yimin Laoshi. Thank you for this. Is a good way to practice listening. I understood very little without the explanation to be honest. I have a question. In the sentence 是这样的哈, does this " 哈" have a special meaning? Or is it just to put emphasis on the sentence? Thank you.
I love 狡辩. So difficult to translate into English. Of course, it does mean "sophistry". But we never use this word. Maybe some literature scholars do. 🙂 … 对于您的这个狡辩 I would translate this as "As for your smart answer" This "smart" is said in an ironic way, and means not only "intelligent" but also "cunning". … We could also say: "Don't get smart with me!" I think in Chinese, that would usually be: 少来这一套！ Maybe 少来你的狡辩 would also work.
Thank you once again Yimin, the vocabulary is advance for me but I think the lesson is useful in order to practice and improve my hearing ability. 😊 It will be cool if you could use from time to time spanish words or phrases when explaining 😅, I have watched some of your videos in which you speak spanish sometimes, just saying, I know spanish could result very difficult to learn, anyway I get everything you say in english and a little in chinese. They speak very fast, and you can add more listening practice in your daily routine, don't be frustrated, enjoy the study, it's important to keep it fun
