But when you get to the Womb onward, I swear every rock looks like a tinted rock. lol I will spend an hour and a half on each run looking for the smallest inconsistencies, and sometimes that becomes a detriment because I never make it to Boss Rush or Hush (unless I get Mama Omega (or whatever that item is called)
@@christopherr6284 heres an important tip, its always the same. the tinted rocks vary from chapter to chapter but on every chapter theyre always the same. on the basements its always the same colour, shape and x. on the caves its different from the depths but tinted rocks on the cave are always the same colour, shape and x. i hope that makes sense. it feels hard to explain for some reason. basically once you think youve sussed out a tinted rock on the first 1-2 floors and you blow it up to check and find out youre right then thats it, youre all sorted for the first 2 floors. you know what they look like now because they all look the same. just hold on to that mental image for the rest of time.

I love the fact you talked about fatherhood and becoming a father, not enough males actually talk about how important it is to them to become a father and most of society looks more too motherhood (for obvious reasons) but as someone who raised by my dad I know how important having a father is, so it's cute too hear guys actually gush about being dads

this is the third of fourth interview to Ed ive seen this week and this specifically is the one that felt the more... genuine? As in, I think NL and Ed connected the most at a casual level (maybe because both are new parents, no idea). Regardless, it made the video quite "soft" to put it in a way (hard to translate "ameno")
I'm pretty sure Isaac has already been cemented as a classic. It was a key title that catapulted indie-gaming AND the rogue-lite genre into the lime-light of mainstream gaming, and in-turn made a huge impact on the gaming industry, and history.
I remember my senior year of high school and I was obsessed with the lead up to rebirth being released and consuming as much content from NL and bisnap and cobalt and constantly refreshing edmunds blog. It’s surreal now to come back and see this final release now that I am graduated from college and living out as an “adult”. It’s also funny that I thought mewgenics would have been released back in 2015
