    This is terrific!
I know the circumstances are dire, but, where it concerns sustainability, I have questions:
How is the water quality checked?
Especially given its scarcity, what is the distribution process?
Can the water be channeled through a sustainable lifecycle for maximum use and reclamation?

Our Village Drill teams go past the ground water to the aquafer - Mother Nature's purest water that is usually unlimited. Water is distributed by the Villages. On a recent trip to a village where a well had been dug, over 200 families were divided into time slots to retrieve their water from the tank - giving the tank maximum time to refill.
