I went with the Soviets with this challenge. Natasha can safely snipe two bases and then you can send her and support units for the final one. Also, guarding the base's entrances with Bears discourages the AI from ever sending their Yurikos at you.

My tactics when playing this challenge was to just send 5 Natashas in a twinblade to the side of the enemy's base.
The snipes were satisfying and the base bombing was great.

I used Yuriko for 1 base at first, then spammed Tengus to accompany her. Tengu kill all the clones while they try to get close while little Yuriko wrecks sh1t :D

poor yuriko. its not enough that she had to be tortured from daily experimentation since childhood, but also have her clones be treated like disposable toys by 'mature' commanders.

Ok so...send Commando out to destroy at least 1 base, spam Defenses and VX's, and then send at least 10+ VX's to avoid enemy Commandos and destroy enemy bases? ...alright then. ^^

used the same method but didnt need VXes except for 1 last expanded ref by the AI in the top.
was done in 5:30 but looking for the last ref made it 6:24
killed 2 AI at 4 minute mark, i noticed you dont even need the vx if you move yuriko as fast as you can, because they dont expand their base if you hit them before 4:30 secs

You can win with Allies by using IFVspy's.and add a Tanya-IFV for base destruction.i don't know if ut would be faster though.
