I turtled up and built a shitload of Harbingers gunships, still failed to get Under Par Time but that's because Kenji had a single power plant hidden away.

This works suprisingly well. 4 multigunner turrets at the front, Rush to 4 refineries. get 8 apollos and 4 gunships, move accross the map.
if all goes well you'll knock kenji out by the 10-12 minute mark, and should have enough left over to wittle down shinzo

I used a similar strat to this one. Fast expand into Chronosphere, 4 Pacifiers and then Mirage tank spam. Got 4 Apollos to deal with the occasional VX or Rocket Angel and Tanya for fast base demolition. The Chronosphere is actually better for me, faster countdown than the Proton Collider and gets rid of King Oni and Waveforce artillery much more reliably.
