We the People, the P is capitalized, making it a proper noun, which means it's not referring to you or I.
CON- stitution is just another term for CON-tract and basic contract law 101 tells you that you can't be a party to a contract that you did not sign.

Are you trying to say that you don't agree with the constitution? Genuine question, it's not a gotcha thing.

I am grateful for nonviolence, I am grateful for nonforce based ways to get through problems. The sentiment and insight is circulating, that concerning oneself with higher vibration thoughts and ideas, and seeing the world as harmless and dreamlike, not as a trap that forces us to be certain ways but as a flower of the freedom of existence, freedom that is rooted in the harmlessness of existence. The world only need to be seen truly as it is, not under the ignorances of misunderstanding, colonial conceptualization and illusion.
I am grateful for the mindful process that disactivated moments where thought force unfortunately drifted to untrue concepts, the original karmic impetus of such corrupted thoughts is gone, the light and profundity of true nonblocked thought overcomes.
It is healthier that we cycle around images of better natural beauty and people we find more beautiful. With our environmentalist actions day by day, not only recycling and cutting down on wasteful use of appliances, shifting to solar power and biofuel as much as possible, but also going on nature walks, hugging trees and planting the seeds of local trees designating area where buildings are perhaps in non use and disrepair for new forest park space.
We are experiencing cyclical nurturing by those more appealing and beautiful images and those experiences and deeds, we are experiencing a better designed and crafted system, without the pollution by products or damage to the natural resources that was happening before. It is a pleasure of no small proportion to see the streets clear out of scam businesses and pollution indifferent pyramid schemes because people have gained in honesty and integrity and received the more stable and fuller pay of those principles.
Feminism is in the lowest markets teaching the importance and overall greater profit of buying environmentalist tree free paper, and other such nature respectful products. The people there are the poorests in our circles, it takes effort and prayer in some cases for them to pick up the different buying habits, looking for non gmo and looking for recyclable packaging material signs, and other indicators of wholesome energy. The truth is that by disconnecting their attachment to the more harmful chemical and earth wasteful products and companies, likewise, these once poorer people disconnected from the same philosophies in the market that would ignore the sensitive needs of the earth and just the same ignore the needs and respect proper for workers, but workers break free by investing in the greater respecting options and learning to be that way themselves, this is a non-unpractical opening of the heart. We are shifting on every level to better alignment with powers that respect and sustain high vibration truth, not ignorance that traps and harms individuals and the world.

I am grateful for african american contributions to the american legacy, alongside native american contributions.
Without african americans the United States would not be nearly as rich as it is and without native americans it would not even exist.
I am grateful for the voices of african americans and native americans who are unique and innovating
and I am witnessing a more grateful sincerely america in general, trying to pay back the african ancestors and the native american tribes and their descendents in present day for hypocritical and wrongful mistreatment.
White american families of current generation and all living generations past are offering
apology to african americans and natives.
They are purifying the apology and trying to make it sweeter and more wholesome.
The african american soul is questioning the sincerity. The native american soul is perhaps questioning as well, they are impeccable and hard to understand so we do not really know.
The principles of the U.S. constitution themselves will be gratefully happy for stronger expressions of that apology from white americans in the coming weeks and months, they are supposed to be big thanks and turning points erasing some of the hypocrisy that holds America back, although it is a great land and has come far, it can still become cleaner in its nonracism to recieve the gifts of all heritages cleanly

I am grateful to see african Americans being glorified by fashion for intelligence and conscious positive messages, not pure materialism, not objectification, and with openness to sensitivity and creativity.
I am grateful anytime the mind is truly open to what is before it automatically aligns things to the stereotype.

It is a good start, but like everything has to evolve. Remember, only 6% of the population was able to vote, only white wealthy men, we have come a long way but have longer way to go.

The problem with the Constitution is in the first three words of the preamble. We the People. Lets define what the people are, and are not. The People are are not colored, the People are not women, and the People are not poor. The Constitution was written by rich, white, men for rich white men. It has changed very little to this day in who holds the power, wealth, and control of the whole of American society.

Your framers were so absolutely scared witless of democracy breaking out in the USA, that they had to take extreme steps to ensure that it never would or could. And they were 100% successful.
The Electoral College is almost singlehandedly responsible for the nation now being torn apart. This is inevitable when a population has been lied to about being a democracy. In fact, the USA does NOT have one-man-one-vote, because one vote in Iowa counts the same as 3.8 votes in California, and it is possible to win the presidency with just 38% of the popular vote.
This has lead to the loser of Presidential races winning for the GOP ever since Reagan.
The majority of Americans despise ultra conservative politics, but because the loser of the vote can win the presidency, the country has been served incredibly poorly for many decades.
Get rid of the Electoral College, or alternatively, induct all 161 million voters into the College, so that democracy can (for the very first time) select your president.

We are a Constitutional Republic and therefore, democracy can go to hell. The Founders knew exactly what they were doing. They didn't want the cities with high populations to have that kind of control. They knew how human's operate and how 'mod mentality' can lead people astray.

without the electoral college, states with a lower population would get almost no representation. The interests of more rural states are different than those of the cities. It's an effort to give them a voice. We don't want California ruling the US.
