Crystal River Kayaking Fishing in Ozello Florida on Floridas Nature Coast

It had been over 100 days since I was last in the kayak, about the same for Matt. We both needed to get back out and see if we forgot how to fish.
Both caught a slam, although the fish we caught sure were small.

@@justinsincyr7754 The route you outlined is a good winter route, just did that yesterday. Had a real good day with trout, about 2 dozen keepers. Video in a couple weeks. There are a lot of options launching at the bridge, feeder creek short cuts etc. but if you stay on the main river you’ll find your way back! There are 2 other public launches on Ozello Trail, each offers different types of fishing. Get yourself a Christmas present and go out with fishheadkayakcharters.com. What type of kayak are you fishing from? What days are you looking at fishing? You fishing bait or artificial?
