The IAS officer has been transferred multiple times during his career and had claimed victimisation by the previous government of Congress for having cancelled land deals of Congress Chief Sonia Gandhi's son-in-law Robert Vadra. Yeh to pure state ke liye sharm ki baat hai ke ek IAS Officer ko itna bar transfer kyon . Chahe woh officer kharab hai ya Hamara system kharab hai jismein woh officer adjust nahi ho raha hai.
Aise cases mein Central Govt ko Hast chep kar Us officer ko dusre state mein transfer kar ke dekhna Chahiye. Agar woh dusre state mein adjust kar jata hai to Achchi baat .

I am of the opinion if you stop corrupt practices, then development work will be done in more effectively way and to the benefit of general public. Honest officers be rewarded and not demoralised. If there's SC guideline of minimum 2 years stay at a posting then why the officer should be transfer before completion of 2 years unless there's something against the officer. The corrupt politicians can remain to be MP or MLA for 5 years even after changing the parties, why cannot an honest officer remain on a post or place for more than 2 years.

Ms Shelja has a point. Ravish is intelligent and smart enough to know that ONLY honesty is not the parameter to determine if one is Kabil or not. Parikh says govt should retire the person, I say if the person is that good to become IAS then why not he takes voluntary retirement and do something good. In my opinion, perhaps Khemka ji would have been better if he would have been given Indian Audit and Accounts Services (IAAS). But then UPSC does not have any kind tool to know it, after all they decide one's future in that 35 minutes interview process.

The way suggested by Parikh sahib is also not full proof. Chief Secretary(administration and bureaucracy) used to control and Chief Secretary, used to do things per his/her whims and fancies. But ultimately Chief Minister has to go to public for votes and be accountable there. Things are changing, changing for good I believe. In western countries, bureaucracy has irrelevant role in day to day administration as system are set and systems run the administration. People of India need to learn self governance and develop system and follow those systems. Otherwise, they will continue suffering
