Yes.. check like that only..once it verified by director of technical board..it will shows ur certificate is delivered then you can download the certificate..it will take almost 2 months..

Some small updates are done on seva Sindhu portal now only SSLC marks card soft copy need to upload and our semester marks cards are not required to upload now it was easy to apply the original cirtificate.

I think you hav to receive all the marks card before applying... because you need dates and all.. another thing is technical board will check each and every details before approving your diploma certificate.. better visit ur college n collect all your marks card then apply

Just upload only SSLC marks card...no problem..if diploma marks upload option is there then upload.. otherwise no need to upload..

Technical board mentions why they are rejected your application...then u have to understand your mistakes and solve those..then reapply again
