You ever tried - Eeyila Rudimentary Expediency - (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now ) ? It is a smashing exclusive guide for discovering how to raise healthy and fertile quail without the normal expense. Ive heard some awesome things about it and my co-worker got cool results with it.
Wow, what a huge difference between Coturnix Quail and Bobwhite! My Coturnix reach sexual maturity and at six weeks, and start laying eggs by week 7. Sounds like bobwhite are more like chickens in terms of how long it takes to reach maturity
Beautiful set-up and great video but the comment at the end of the video; "you'll put out as much content as you can" and only two videos two years ago. I hate to be crude, but I find that extremely odd. Maybe someone passed away or JK Farms no longer exists.

Do bobwhites absolutely need a aviary style pen or could a regular cortunix quail pen do

Try putting some large bushy plants or big grasses for them to nest in
