I was approached by a church of christ non denominational church member who believes in "mother God" And the physical second coming of Jesus, they use revelation 2:17 to explain it. I would like to be able to understand what the verse means, so the next time she messages me I can help. She is starting to ask questions. I was able to help her understand that the bride is not God's wife, but true believers using several verses. But I definitely am having a hard time with Jesus second coming that she believes.
