TISS is a niche college in Human resources for MBA point of view. Ultimately it's about your specialization of interest. For HR TISS ranks second in India surpassing all IIMs. For general management IIMs are best. Once I knew I wanted to go for HR, choice becomes simple

For 2.5yrs I. Working with union bank of India as specialist officer marketing. Iam 30 yr old and thinking of attempting tiss. and 2.5 yrs gap between by education and job. Wheather age will become setback while joinning tiss?
