He does use the siren in the show but it usually activates automatically without him saying it when he's running after a criminal he'll say stop in the name of the law and then I'll pop up.

You would have had more room had you made it bigger, closer to the size of an actual hat. The brim could have been larger too

@@ElvizzV2 Could also save a lot of room by re-engineering the flaps around fabric as well. E.g.: elastic and springy materials.
