Fluffy Popovers Recipe ~ So Easy!!

    1 cup all purpose flour
    1/4 tsp salt
    less than 1/8 of a tsp baking soda
    3 eggs
    1 cup milk
    Bake in a preheated 425 degree oven for 15 minutes. Then turn heat down to 350 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes. DO NOT open oven until at least the last 15 minutes have gone by! Enjoy!

      LOL Bryan! We love popovers! There used to be a restaurant in Boston that served them instead of bread. Unfortunately they closed! So I had to learn to make my own!

    I'm making Toad in the Hole tonight for dinner....the British version of American popovers, with a bit of meat in the centre. YUM!
