Earth Defense Force 2025 - Mission 73 - Inferno Difficulty

Weapons:
AF100 (Lv. 75) - 180 bullets, 220 damage per, 2 second reload time, 264 meter range
Missile Launcher (Lv. 77) - 5 lock ons, , 800 damage per, 0.8 second reload time, 500 meter lock on range
This is another dragon centered mission. I hate dragons because they love to grab you, shake you around, and sometimes fly away with you. Their fire hurts pretty bad too on Inferno. I spent a majority of this mission across the street from the elevated train tracks, between two buildings where the dragons couldn't get in and grab me. The missile launcher was just to get their attention. The AF100 proves its worth here by taking out the dragon menace.
This is the safest way I could pull this mission off, and I understand how boring it might be to watch, but if you're having trouble with it, this is a great way to go. The dragons can still breathe fire down on me, but they can't grab me where I was standing. It was really just a matter of looking up and shooting mostly.
As with many of these later missions, I had to be really careful with my explosives, because using the environment was definitely to my advantage. Just because you can blow it up doesn't always mean you should. Please keep that in mind when fighting flying enemies!!

@@IonicHyperspaceI directly fought the first wave trying to take out as many as possible because I wanted to keep up the edf soldiers as long as possible so not all the dragons would focus me. As the soldiers started to fall I began weaving between buildings and found this brown house that I was able to hide under and killed a good amount that way. The dragons were still able to lunge and grab me out from the house so it was just a combination of me having to consistently hit most of my shots and hoping dragons would drop med kits.
