Looks like this house has been bought from the owner and will be demolished.
The house is already empty and might get demolished before the end of the year. Interesting side note: the building was used by the local fire department for some smoke diving excersise
This is the only house on the entire Rail Baltica Estonian route that will interfere the railway. Yes, this house in Mälivere village will disappear.

The “brood” of dark coniferous young trees, at the end of the video, needs to be transplanted to a suitable place.🌲🌲🌲🌲🌲
